Regarding the itunes releases, it seems that the release date of USA/CAN & EUROPE had been delayed for some reason. The process of iTunes release is all finished, so all we can do is to wait! Sorry for keep you waiting, but you can download at Japan, Australia, and Newzealand if you have an account of each countries. I'll keep checking the release timing of all other country, and let you know if there is a progress.
